Could you please provide a brief overview of Numeri, UAB, highlighting its core values, mission, and key services?
Numeri, UAB together with partners has been providing financial services and advice to the three Baltic countries for more than 20 years and have offices in Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn.
Since 2004 UAB Vilsentras has been offering accounting services and finance management for the Lithuanian market. Estonian company IMG Group in 2012 were the initiators of an idea to provide integrated business services in the Baltic market.
We continue to strengthen our knowledge regarding accounting and payroll services, which is our main area of activity, we also practice in Tax consultations and effectiveness in accounting processes optimization.
Our goal is to help our clients focus on their core business activities, while we perform tasks related to the management and regulation of accounting and financial flows.

Our pursuits are devoid of contrived ambitions for nominations; rather, our primary objective is to foster engaging business interactions. We expressed gratitude to employees, clients, and partners for their support on our social media when we recently relocated to our new office which marks a significant milestone in our company’s journey. As our operations expanded, it became apparent that our previous office space no longer adequately met the standards of comfort required for productive work. This decision was driven by our aspiration to position ourselves as a modern organization, not only in the eyes of our partners and clients but also in our commitment to the well-being of our employees.

The bright and spacious layout provides an inspiring environment conducive to both individual productivity and fostering a cohesive team dynamic. Whether from the comfort of their home offices or on-site, we empower our employees to tailor their work environment to their individual needs.
Furthermore, we actively encourage a hybrid model wherein team members have the option to blend their workload by periodically working from the office. To accommodate this, we have designated additional space within our premises for those who opt to collaborate in person or seek consultation for tasks that may require collective problem-solving.
