In the spirit of fostering deeper connections and shared expertise, the annual Accace Circle Forum celebrated another successful year, bringing together professionals from partner BPO and consultancy companies across the EMEA region. Held from October 23rd to 25th, 2024, this year’s forum was a rich opportunity for meaningful discussions, knowledge exchange, and strengthening relationships.
The event began on Wednesday evening with a warm welcome. Icebreaking activities and casual conversations helped set a relaxed, open tone, paving the way for a productive gathering.
On Thursday, we dove into the core program, exploring this year’s theme: “Unlocking Talent: Strategies for Recruitment and Retention.” The Accace Circle Forum is known as a meeting ground for industry leaders across diverse markets, dedicated to candidly sharing insights and strategies. The focus of the day was the pressing challenge of recruiting and retaining skilled professionals. Together, we examined current strategies, employee and employer perspectives, and shared real-world experiences to gain a deeper understanding of what drives talent to stay or leave. This collective insight reinforced our belief in the power of collaboration for mutual growth. We also took time to reflect on our community’s goals, discussing ways to ensure sustainable progress and shared success.
Friday was devoted to the topic of Employer Branding. We outlined key components of a compelling employer brand and discussed practical tools and techniques for building it. This final workshop was a fitting close to the event, as we collaborated to create real, actionable Employer Branding strategies tailored for companies in the BPO industry, each facing unique recruitment and retention challenges. The forum concluded with a closing networking lunch, offering participants one last chance to connect, discuss, and celebrate the ideas exchanged.
Throughout the forum, we saw synergies develop and partnerships grow stronger. While we engaged in important conversations and learning, the event was not all business; there was plenty of time for enjoyment, connection, and camaraderie.
We left the Accace Circle Forum 2024 with renewed inspiration, energized to implement the ideas and strategies we explored together. The Accace Circle Forum continues to stand as a testament to the power of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the unity within our business community.
