This summer, we brought AI to the forefront of our Accace Circle business community through a special three-part webinar series, designed exclusively for our members. The AI Summer Series focused on practical ways to apply AI in professional services, across marketing, operations, client delivery and strategy.
As part of our ongoing learning & development support, the series offered a space for interactive knowledge-sharing, real-life examples and peer discussion, helping members explore how AI can become a day-to-day tool, not just a buzzword.
The series was led by Veronika Kovácsová, Group Marketing Lead at Accace, who elaborated on better prompting, boosting AI search visibility and using AI as a growth partner.
June session | Prompting with purpose: How to leverage AI across functions
From campaign copy to client onboarding documents, AI-generated content is becoming a normal part of our workflows. But to get valuable results, it is important to know how to prompt effectively.
This hands-on workshop helped members:
- Improve their AI prompting skills across business areas
- Understand how to adapt tone, format and context
- Recognize signs of AI-generated content
- Speed up their workflows without losing quality
We also practiced prompting live, with examples tailored to real use cases in marketing, sales and back-office operations.
July session | Discovered by AI: Boost your brand’s presence in AI search

AI-powered tools like ChatGPT are changing how companies and experts are discovered online. This webinar tackled a simple but strategic question: How can you make your brand visible to AI, not just people?
The key points covered were:

We walked through practical tips and content adjustments that can increase your chances of being mentioned by AI tools, helping position your brand as a go-to expert in your field.

The final session zoomed out to ask: How can AI support the business of professional services?
If human expertise is your product, then time, trust, insight and reputation are the currencies that determine its value. And AI, when used strategically, can protect and multiply these resources, without replacing the people behind them.
During this last session, we discussed:
- Where AI can make services more scalable, personalized and profitable
- How to create a future-ready AI strategy (10-step framework included)
- Real examples from firms applying AI in smart, low-risk ways
The session encouraged participants to think of AI not just as a tool, but as an operational mindset. One that helps you deliver more value with the same human expertise.
