In the spirit of fostering stronger connections and shared expertise, the annual Accace Circle Forum marked another successful year characterised by fruitful discussions that enriched our relationships. From October 18th to 20th, 2023, we met with our valued friends and colleagues from partners’ BPO and consultancy companies across the EMEA region.
The event kicked off on Wednesday evening with a warm welcome, where icebreaking activities and friendly conversations set the tone for the days ahead.
On Thursday, the main program unfolded with a focus on this year’s theme, “From challenges to advantages: Embracing business lessons for success.” The Accace Circle Forum has always been a melting pot of industry leaders from different markets, committed to sharing their insights and business knowledge while the goal is to collectively enhance the value we offer to our clients, both individually and collaboratively. The day was dedicated to discussions about the challenges faced during the past year. We discussed the strategies to transform these hurdles into advantages, ensuring that we stay one step ahead of the competition. The forum provided an opportunity to tap into collective wisdom, reinforcing the belief that sharing is indeed caring. We also took time to reflect on our goals, assessing our progress and strategizing to ensure the sustainable growth of our community.
Friday was a day of one-on-one talks, allowing us to dive deep into the services and market specifics of member companies and countries. These interactions fostered synergies and further strengthened the bonds within our business community. We worked diligently, but it was not just business all the way; we had our fair share of fun.
