We sat down with Alžbeta Košinár, Community Development Lead, who has been closely involved in building and supporting Accace Circle, to explore what makes this community unique, how it turns collaboration into action and why its members describe it as feeling less like a network – and more like a family.
What is Accace Circle, and how would you describe it in your own words?
Officially, Accace Circle is introduced as a co-created business community of like-minded BPO providers and advisors who deliver outstanding services, elevate the customer experience and remove borders in service delivery.
For me, however, two words from this introduction stand out: community and co-creation. When you think about Accace Circle, you don’t just see numbers, lists of services or types of software. You see the real people behind it. In every member country, you know exactly who you can turn to and trust. It’s a true community, where colleagues work hand in hand, support each other daily and always go the extra mile to deliver the highest quality for clients.
Co-creation is what brings it all to life. Each of us contributes by sharing our expertise, building trust, and embracing the same values. All with one goal: to grow together and support our clients in the best possible way.
You’ve been deeply involved in building and supporting the Accace Circle community. In your view, what makes it truly different from other international business networks or associations?
When I joined Accace Circle, I wanted to understand what truly makes this community unique. I quickly realized that our approach is very different from traditional networks. Many networks focus on onboarding as many members as possible, maximizing membership fees for their promotion and creation of activities.
However, our goal is to build a community of trusted partners and create a safe environment where we can count on one another. This trust is essential. Whether it’s knowing that a partner will deliver high-quality service for your client in another country or simply relying on each other for expertise and sharing experiences.
In Accace Circle, collaboration goes beyond formal meetings. We openly exchange experiences, share challenges and ask for each other’s perspectives or feedback. Membership isn’t granted either. Every partner must meet clear selection criteria, and we always start the cooperation with testing the collaboration. Only when we know we share the same values and high standards do we welcome a new member.

Many networks promote knowledge sharing, but few achieve it in practice. How does Accace Circle turn that ambition into reality?
In our community, knowledge sharing isn’t just a goal, but a natural outcome of how we work. The key is trust. We’ve built an environment of transparency and openness, where both positive and constructive feedback are encouraged, always with the best intentions. In the end, we all work towards one ultimate goal: to deliver exceptional service for our clients.
This trust-based culture eliminates competition within the community and replaces it with collaboration. When you see that others are willing to share their expertise, it becomes easy (and rewarding) to do the same. Over time, this creates a powerful cycle of growth and mutual support. And that’s what makes knowledge sharing a reality rather than just an aspiration.
Centralized account management with local delivery is a big promise. What does it actually look like behind the scenes when our members serve international clients together?
Behind the scenes, it’s truly inspiring. I work closely with our business development and project management teams, and I see every day how colleagues from each company naturally treat one another as if they were part of the same team. Almost like one big family.
We share knowledge, experience and feedback seamlessly across borders, ensuring that every client receives the same high standard of service everywhere. This collaborative spirit not only delivers consolidated, high-quality services but also strengthens our collective reputation and builds lasting trust with our clients.
Ultimately, it’s this one team approach that transforms a complex, multi-country project into a smooth and unified client experience.
You’ve likely seen different networks in your career. What makes this one feel special to you, personally?
For me, it all comes down to relationships. In any network, what truly matters is the ability to connect, learn from one another and grow together, regardless of seniority, industry or culture.
Within Accace Circle, I genuinely feel that anything is possible. When someone comes forward with a new idea or initiative, and the community sees its value, the idea is embraced. That kind of shared enthusiasm and support makes this network not just effective but inspiring.
From your experience, what do new members often say or feel once they’ve joined the Circle and experienced it firsthand?
The feedback is remarkably consistent, from both new members and those who have been with us since the very beginning, from 2019. They all highlight the same thing: the relationships and the sense of belonging.
Many describe it as a “family-like” environment – a place where collaboration, trust and shared success are more than just words. They’re the foundation of everything we do. And for me, that’s what truly makes Accace Circle special.
