THE STORY OF ACCACE CIRCLE

Accace Circle was officially established by Accace, a company of people, who do business with passion and dedication, who want to reach relevant profits using innovative approaches, while staying concerned about the impact on the lives of people and the planet.

Accace is not a part of any global network, neither is owned by bigger BPO providers, therefore, its dynamic growth is purely organic.

During our journey we have often encountered companies of similar size, with similar struggles, which determined us to build Accace Circle community, where companies we like to call “Friends” help each other to grow and innovate.

WHY ACCACE CIRCLE?

Through Accace Circle, we are developing a strong business community of members, who help each other conquer the BPO map, without losing their identity. Our common purpose as Accace Circle is to deliver expert service to our clients while generating more international leads. We do this using innovative approaches, unified processes, one centralized account management and online platform.

We are an international community supporting similar BPO and advisory services providers and offering a viable alternative to the few global players. In fact, Accace Circle has a no matching competition, as there is no international network or association, which is actively working on the other members’ business growth, using a shared online platform, while weighing local differences at the same time.

Have your previous experiences with various international networks and associations left you disappointed? You are not alone. They neither could generate relevant business for us, while the quality of the members’ services was often insufficient. That is why Accace Circle focuses on providing excellent services and generating new international clients for all our members.

We started our community with a few reliable and experienced partners in several countries, working for our clients locally. We learned from these partnerships that working together has more advantages than competing against each other, and thus, we formalised our community, Accace Circle, to share our approach and move our cooperation to the next level.
